Ryder Reid is seeking a Manager, Legal Recruiting & Professional Development for an international law firm's EMEA HR team. Based in London with hybrid working, you will own graduate recruitment, attorney development initiatives, and strategic talent projects across multiple European offices.
You will partner with senior stakeholders and lawyers to deliver best-in-class recruitment and development programmes, guide junior team members, and drive analytics on candidate pipelines and performance
