People Business Partner - Drive Strategy & Change

Gateshead College is seeking two People Business Partners to join our People Team. You'll work with managers across the College to provide expert advice, support and solutions that improve staff experiences and align with our People Strategy.

You'll lead on employee relations, change initiatives, and people projects, using data to inform decisions while building strong relationships and coaching managers to build capability. An inclusive, proactive approach is essential.
