Our teamA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a People Operations Administrator to join People Services within the People Operations team based in Birmingham city centre. This is a hybrid role, with a current requirement of working 3 days onsite in the Birmingham office.

To ensure full coverage and flexibility for our clients, this role operates on a rotating shift pattern. You'll work across early (8:30am-4:30pm), mid (9:00am-5:00pm), and late (9:30am-5:30pm) shifts, providing variety in your working day while supporting a collaborative team environment.
Role and key responsibilitiesYou will work closely with internal and external teams so will need to have an excellent ability to manage relationships and expectations. You'll be working on a variety of processes which will include and not be limited to:
Managing the onboarding process
Pre-employment screening
Supporting the People Operations team
