ROLE: HR ADVISOR
TYPE: 12 month Fixed Term Contract (due to maternity cover)

We are now looking for a professional, proactive and approachable HR Advisor to join our HR team at Celtic Park on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR generalist who enjoys building trusted relationships, supporting managers and colleagues, and contributing to a positive, inclusive and high performing working environment.
What you'll doYou will bring experience in a generalist HR advisory role, including practical employee relations casework, and have a sound understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice. You will be a confident communicator with strong organisational skills, great attention to detail and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and managers at all levels.
Associate CIPD membership, or progress towards an equivalent professional HR qualification, would be ideal or you'll bring demonstrable HR generalist experience. Previous experience in a fast paced, customer focused environment would be advantageous.
