Charity Shop Manager: Lead a Friendly Team & Drive Sales

Hope Rescue in Talbot Green is seeking a dedicated Shop Manager to lead one of our charity shops. This full-time, permanent role (37.5 hours per week) focuses on creating a welcoming space, driving sales, and supporting volunteers to fund our life-saving work for dogs in need.

You will manage stock, merchandising, pricing, and cash handling, while representing Hope Rescue in the local community and ensuring compliance and safety in the shop.
