Sales Office Manager: Lead a 7 Person Team & Drive Growth

Wolseley UK is seeking a Sales Office Manager for Brimsdown to lead a team of seven, including the Trade Counter Sales Advisor. You will drive sales growth, manage the P&L alongside the GM and oversee large projects and call-off orders for valued customers.

You will foster team development, ensure proactive quote follow-ups, and build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver first-class service.
