The OpportunityWe are looking to appoint an experienced Family Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or equivalent professional with significant expertise in privately funded family law. While we would typically expect candidates to have around eight years' experience or more, we welcome applications from individuals who can demonstrate the skills, technical ability and leadership qualities required for the role.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative team player with strong technical expertise and a passion for delivering outstanding client care.
You will provide specialist advice across all areas of privately funded family law, with particular experience in advising those with substantial assets and complex financial arrangements arising from relationship breakdown. You will be an empathetic and commercially minded lawyer who can balance exceptional client service with effective leadership and business development.
As Head of Family, you will be responsible for leading, developing and growing the department, supporting colleagues to thrive whilst maintaining the high standards of client care and technical expertise that underpin our reputation.
This position is being offered on a full-time basis, although applications from candidates seeking part-time or flexible working arrangements will be considered.
