Job Description

£36,729 - £43,205per annum
5 days / 37.5 hours per week
Location: Witney, Oxfordshire (Our policy is a minimum of 40% of hours in the office, with theremainderremote working. Wednesday is a mandatory office day.)

Open Doors is a Christian charity looking to recruit active, practicing Christians to stand in the GAP (give, act, pray) on behalf of persecuted Christians worldwide. Every day, millions of Christians risk their lives to follow Jesus. In more than 70 countries, Open Doors supports them by supplying Bibles, providing emergencyreliefand helping persecuted believers stand strong for the long term.

We are looking for a highly organised,proactiveand professional Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Chief Executive Officer, LeadershipTeamand Board of Trustees. This is more than an administrative role - it is an opportunity to become a trusted partner, ensuring our leaders are equipped to focus on delivering our mission and strategic priorities.

As the Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating executive activities, supporting governance processes, managing complexschedulesand building strong relationships with colleagues,Trusteesand external stakeholders. You will handle highly confidential information with discretion and provide seamless executive support that enables effective decision-making across the organisation.
