Lendable is seeking an experienced People Advisor to own key aspects of the employee lifecycle-from probation and absence to family leave and flexible working-while providing commercially minded guidance to managers. You'll collaborate with the Senior People Partner and support international populations as we scale beyond the UK.
You will balance hands-on advisory work with strategic projects, partnering with the broader People Partnering team on talent density, reward, and leadership
