Global Partner Recruitment Leader

Simmons & Simmons is seeking a Partner Recruitment Manager to lead the strategic hiring of lateral partners across London or Bristol. You will partner with Practice Group Heads and regional leaders to develop global recruitment strategies, assess candidates, negotiate offers, and drive onboarding and integration.

You will advise on market opportunities, manage external search firm relationships, and ensure a high-quality, commercially-focused hiring process across jurisdictions, while
