Overstone House, Northampton
42 hours per week Permanent 8:00am - 8:00pm Shift Pattern:
  • Week 1: Monday, Thursday & Friday
  • Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday

The Role

As a Care Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive outstanding, person-centred care while supporting and motivating your team to deliver their very best.

Working closely with the Deputy Manager, you'll:

  • Lead and coordinate your team throughout each shift.
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Administer medication safely and accurately.
  • Support care planning and resident assessments.
  • Mentor and develop Care Assistants.
  • Ensure high standards are maintained in line with CQC regulations.
  • Create a positive, welcoming and supportive environment where residents can truly thrive.
