Women-Focused Community Keyworker in Criminal Justice

Advance Charity seeks a Community Keyworker to support women in the Criminal Justice System with holistic, trauma-informed casework across Chelmsford, Basildon and Thurrock. You will work with probation services and partners to create individualized support that enables progression beyond supervision.

The role requires a strong relationship builder who can empower women, advocate effectively, and co-ordinate with partner agencies while adhering to safeguarding and DBS checks.
