About the RoleAs a Care Team Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care every day. Working closely with the Deputy Manager, you'll lead shifts, support your colleagues and ensure care is delivered safely, compassionately and in line with regulatory standards.
