About the Role

We are looking for a qualified Financial Planner to join our team. You do not need years of experience or an existing client bank, you just need to be qualified to advise, genuinely interested in doing right by clients, and keen to build a career with us.

You will work closely with our paraplanning and administration team, who will support you with research, reports and case progression, and with the Director, who will provide coaching and technical guidance as you build your experience and your own client relationships.

What You Will Be Doing

• Meeting with clients to understand their goals and circumstances
• Researching and recommending suitable financial planning solutions from the whole of the market
• Presenting clear, jargon-free advice that clients can actually understand
• Carrying out annual reviews and keeping client plans up to date
• Working closely with our paraplanning and administration team on every case
• Building your own client relationships over time, with the firm's support

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4) or equivalent, giving full permission to advise
• A genuine interest in independent, whole-of-market financial planning
• Clear, confident communication skills
• A methodical, detail-focused approach
• A real team player, comfortable working closely with paraplanning and admin colleagues
