Production Operative
AM2PM are recruiting for experienced Production Operative roles for our client based in the Bridgnorth area. Our client is a leading manufacturer who specialises in plastic injection mouldings, which they supply for automotive sector.
Hours of Work & Pay for Production Operative:
DAYS - Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm (rotating every week)
NIGHTS - Sunday to Thursday 9pm to 6am OR Monday to Friday 10pm to 6am (working days/hours will depend on department and experience)
The pay rate is between £12.79 and £13.39 per hour, based on the shift, experience, or department.
Duties of a Production Operative:
- Check the quality of parts that are produced by the injection moulding machines
- Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures
- Assembly duties
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or malfunctions
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
Requirements of a Production Operative:
- Experience working in a Factory Production environment (3 plus months)
- Assembly experience preferred
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Effective communication skills
