About the Role
Due to continued growth, I am looking to speak with experienced Drylining Estimators who are looking to join a successful and expanding contractor.
Working closely with the pre-construction team, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders for drylining and interior packages, helping to secure a steady pipeline of profitable work.

About the Role

Working closely with the pre-construction team, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders for drylining and interior packages, helping to secure a steady pipeline of profitable work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing tender documentation, drawings and specifications.
- Preparing detailed take-offs and cost estimates.
- Obtaining and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Identifying value engineering opportunities.
- Producing comprehensive tender submissions.
- Attending pre-tender and post-tender meetings.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal teams throughout the bid process.
- Assisting with handovers to operational teams following project award.

- Previous estimating experience within the drylining, ceilings, partitions or interiors sector.
- Strong understanding of drylining systems and associated packages.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience producing detailed take-offs and tender submissions.
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and estimating software.
