Balfour Beatty plc is seeking a Head of Estimating for Alliance, based near Peterborough with hybrid working. You will lead the estimating function across the alliance, shaping strategy, driving commercial excellence and supporting delivery of the capital programme.
You will build and lead a high-performing team, own the alliance cost base, and ensure robust, accurate estimates using top-down and bottom-up methods. Strong NEC contract experience is preferred.
