Retail Construction Programme Lead

Metro Bank is seeking a Construction Programme Manager to lead the delivery of its capital investment programme across the estate. You will oversee store openings, refurbishments and workplace projects, ensuring safety, quality and on time delivery while aligning with business needs.

You'll collaborate with Property, Retail and Facilities, manage budgets and governance, coordinate consultants and contractors, and report progress to senior stakeholders to shape the bank's future footprint.
