Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team is seeking a Senior Research & Development Design Engineer in Brackley to advance our R&D test capability across multiple engineering disciplines. You will contribute to the full development lifecycle, from concept through validation and implementation, touching many car subsystems to enhance performance and reliability.
You will lead design activities, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across teams to deliver robust, manufacturable solutions within tight
