As a Corporate Transaction Tax Manager you will:Manage the delivery of technically complex transaction tax engagements, providing practical, commercially focused advice across the entire deal cycle, including tax structuring, buy and sell-side due diligence, funds flows, SPA reviews, and refinancings.
Advise top-tier clients on headline-grabbing transactions, working directly on some of the largest, most strategic deals in the UK market.
Drive strategic business development initiatives by identifying, targeting, and converting market opportunities to secure high-value advisory engagements.
Play a key role in team operational management and strategy, providing structured supervision, coaching, and mentoring to junior staff members.
Hold an ACA, Law, CTA, or equivalent specialist qualification.
Demonstrate technical tax advisory experience within UK corporate tax or international/M&A transaction tax environments.
Have a proven track record of converting business development opportunities into successful client engagements.
Possess direct experience in supervising, mentoring, and developing junior tax professionals.
