Senior Production Manager - Late Shift, FMCG Growth

Pioneer-Selection-Ltd is recruiting two Senior Production Managers for a high-volume meat processing site in Glasgow. The roles involve leading production teams, maintaining safety and quality standards, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

You will manage the late shift (15:00-23:30), oversee KPI performance, control labour costs, and collaborate with support functions to ensure on-time delivery to major supermarkets and foodservice customers.
