Job Description

Looking for a Monday to Friday warehouse role with regular daytime hours and the opportunity to use your forklift skills when required? We're currently recruiting Counterbalance FLT Drivers / Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and well-established warehouse operation.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied warehouse role, with the majority of your time spent carrying out general warehouse duties alongside forklift driving when required.

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include picking and packing orders, moving and organising stock, loading and unloading goods, and helping to maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.

You'll also operate a Counterbalance Forklift from time to time, helping to move stock around the warehouse safely and efficiently. This means the role offers a good balance between general warehouse work and forklift driving.

Duration: This is an ongoing opportunity offering regular hours and the potential for long-term work for the right candidate.

Working Hours: The position is Monday to Friday, with shifts running from 6:00am to 2:00pm.

Experience & Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • Previous warehouse experience
  • A valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) licence
  • Previous experience operating a Counterbalance FLT is advantageous
  • Good understanding of warehouse Health & Safety practices
  • The ability to carry out general warehouse duties and manual handling
  • A reliable, positive, and hardworking approach to work
