Senior People Partner Strategy, ER & Global Growth

Tillo is seeking a Senior People Partner to drive strategic people initiatives across our growing UK and international footprint. You will partner with the Chief People Officer and leadership team, guiding organisational design, change programs, and complex ER across multiple markets.

In this role you'll shape People Operations, scale processes, and leverage data to influence leadership decisions. A hybrid setup in Hove with UK employment law at the core is expected.
