People Practices and Systems Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures in terms of conduct, mobility, compensation & benefits, internal & external recruitment, onboarding, development, training, etc. Effectively partner with global and local SME's . Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations to reduce risks and ensure regulatory compliance. Partner with legal counsel as needed/ required . Maintain HR systems ( WorkDay ), ensure data is kept up to date and correct and provide relevant analysis and reports as required . Partner with BES (Bacardi Excellence Services) to execute system changes. Employee Engagement Monitor employee engagement level, support implementation of action plans to drive engagement. Facilitate communication between management and employees to ensure transparency and alignment with organizational goals. SKILLS & PERSONAL QUALITIES: To be successful in this role you will have / be: 3+ Years of Human Resource Experience required. Ability to navigate and influence in a matrix organizational structure. Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proven experience in building engagement in teams, driving change, and coaching / counselling leaders. Ability to handle a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written). Excellent organization and follow up skills; Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented. Demonstrated ability to teach, instruct, and consult with others.
