Senior MLS Manager, Employment Tribunals (Hybrid)

Pinsent Masons LLP is seeking a Legal Manager, Employment, to lead the Employment Tribunals MLS delivery across Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds or London. This role provides structured oversight, scalable delivery, and accountability for MLS outcomes within a hybrid model.

You will supervise MLS lawyers, manage complex or high-volume tribunal work, and drive process improvements using legal tech and data insights. A strong employment law background is essential.
