The Role: Providing 1:1 and small-group support Supporting pupils with SEND and SEMH needs Helping children develop emotional regulation Supporting classroom learning and interventions Building positive relationships with pupils Working alongside teachers and SENCOs Encouraging confidence, independence, and engagement We're Looking For: Psychology, Child Psychology, or related degree Genuine interest in working with children Passion for SEND and inclusive education Patient, resilient, and empathetic approach Strong communication skills Why Aspire People?
