Psychology Graduate - SEND & SEMH Support Assistant Primary Schools Full-Time Aspire People Have you recently graduated with a Psychology or Child Psychology degree and want to gain valuable experience working with children?Aspire People are recruiting Psychology Graduates to work within primary schools supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH, Autism, ADHD, and additional learning needs .Your degree can provide valuable transferable knowledge around child development, behaviour, emotional wellbeing, communication, and individual needs , making this an excellent starting point for a career within education or child-focused services.This could be particularly beneficial if you're considering a future career as a SENCO, Educational Psychologist, teacher, therapist, or other education professional . The Role: Providing 1:1 and small-group support Supporting pupils with SEND and SEMH needs Helping children develop emotional regulation Supporting classroom learning and interventions Building positive relationships with pupils Working alongside teachers and SENCOs Encouraging confidence, independence, and engagement We're Looking For: Psychology, Child Psychology, or related degree Genuine interest in working with children Passion for SEND and inclusive education Patient, resilient, and empathetic approach Strong communication skills Why Aspire People?
