Senior Care Team Leader: Empower Residents & Grow Staff

Kingsley Healthcare is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our care team. You will recognise and facilitate the daily needs of residents, conduct formal supervisions and appraisals, and contribute to care planning while coaching support workers.

We emphasise high-quality care, resident dignity, and independence, with a supportive environment. NVQ3 in Health & Social Care or current training, plus previous senior care experience, and strong communication and teamwork are required.
