Production Operator - Rotational Shifts
Location: Larkhall, South Lanarkshire
Pay: 27,040 per year, plus regular overtime at enhanced rates
Hours: Monday to Friday - Rotational Early, Back & Night Shifts
Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and interested in working within the automotive industry? We're hiring Production Operators to join an established manufacturing team in Larkhall, producing high-quality parts for prestigious automotive brands.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a key role in the manufacturing process, ensuring automotive parts are produced safely, accurately, and to the required quality standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Configuring production equipment to meet specific requirements for each part
- Loading and unloading large automotive parts onto production frames
- Carrying out visual quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process
- Hand assembling parts and components in line with company procedures
- Monitoring machine performance and making minor adjustments when required
- Following strict work instructions and production procedures
- Using computer systems to accurately record and track production data
