Supported Living Manager: Lead Teams in Person-Centred Care

Affinity Trust in Banbury, Oxfordshire, is seeking a experienced Supported Living Manager to lead two sites and empower adults with learning disabilities to live life their way. You will report to an Operations Manager and collaborate with local authorities to ensure high-quality, compliant support.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours) with an on-call rota, travel within the division, and the chance to complete NVQ/QCF Diploma Level 5.
