Cavendish Search & Selection is a specialist recruitment consultancy with an established reputation across the Facilities Management sector. As part of our growth strategy, we're expanding and are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant who wants more than just another recruitment job.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced, self-motivated Recruitment Consultant to develop our Facilities Management division across London and the South East.

Working remotely and managing your own diary, you'll focus on developing relationships with Facilities Management companies and recruiting mid-senior-level professionals across Operations, Sales and Commercial disciplines.

This role would suit someone who enjoys the freedom of self-employment and wants to maximise their earning potential without corporate KPIs, micromanagement or office politics.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business relationships within the Facilities Management sector.
• Build and manage a portfolio of clients nationwide
• Recruit mid to senior-level professionals within:
• Operations
• Sales
• Source and engage both active and passive candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Represent Cavendish Search & Selection professionally within the marketplace.

About You

You'll be:

• An experienced Recruitment Consultant.
• Commercially minded with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Ambitious and entrepreneurial.
• Passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Based within London or the Southeast.
• Experience recruiting within Facilities Management would be advantageous but is not essential if you have a strong recruitment background and the desire to build a successful desk.
