Charity Store Manager: Lead Sales & Fundraising

Cancer Research UK is seeking a motivated Store Manager to lead our Newton Abbot shop team. You will drive sales, fundraising, and community engagement while ensuring excellent customer service and standout store presentation.

You will recruit, develop and inspire paid staff and volunteers, manage stock and merchandising, control costs and maximise profit, and organise local fundraising events in line with policy. Flexible rota coverage and DBS checks may be required.
