Learning & Development Coordinator

Are you an experienced L&D professional who can take ownership of learning activity from initial request through to delivery?

This is a varied, hands-on opportunity for someone who is organised, practical and confident supporting training activity across a busy environment.

Location: Northamptonshire
Salary: Competitive
Contract: Fixed-term contract
Working pattern: Hybrid

You will support the coordination and delivery of learning and development activity across the business, including:

• Managing training requests, bookings and learner queries
• Setting up and maintaining courses within the LMS
• Supporting managers and stakeholders with day-to-day training requirements
• Monitoring participation, completion and learner feedback
• Maintaining accurate training records and supporting basic reporting
• Managing multiple priorities and stakeholder requirements

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience within learning and development or training
• Hands-on experience using or administering an LMS
• Confidence facilitating learning sessions
• Confident stakeholder-management and communication skills
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
• A practical, collaborative and learner-focused approach

Experience within a fast-paced environment or a relevant learning qualification would be advantageous.
