We re looking for a proactive Construction Recruiter to join our London team!

What you ll do:
- Use job boards, social media, professional networks, and our internal database to find and attract top talent
- Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess suitability
- Build and maintain a talent pool for upcoming roles
- Register new candidates and collect all required documents and certifications
- Complete forms and paperwork for site inductions and ensure compliance
- Keep candidate records updated and organised
What we re looking for:
- Experience in administration, costumer service and/or recruitment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good level of English (spoken and written) an additional European language is a big plus
- Some knowledge or background in construction would be an advantage
- A team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
