Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: £18.00 - £20.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 39 hours per week

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
• Friday: 7:30am - 12:30pm

This is a fantastic permanent opportunity for a skilled machinist or inspector with strong quality experience and the ability to program CMM machines from CAD models. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring precision-engineered components meet the highest quality standards.

• 2 x 10-minute paid breaks
• 1 x 30-minute unpaid lunch break

This is a fantastic permanent opportunity for a skilled machinist or inspector with strong quality experience and the ability to program CMM machines from CAD models. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring precision-engineered components meet the highest quality standards.

• Carry out detailed inspection of precision-engineered components.
• Program and operate CMM machines using CAD models.
• Produce accurate inspection reports and quality documentation.
• Investigate and identify quality issues, supporting corrective actions.
• Ensure products meet customer specifications and industry standards.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to maintain quality performance.

• Previous experience as a Quality Inspector, CMM Programmer, or experienced Machinist with inspection knowledge.
• Ability to program CMM machines from CAD models.
• Experience using PC-DMIS software is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances, and measurement techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

• Competitive hourly rate of £18.00 - £20.00 per hour.
• Overtime available before and after shifts.
• Additional overtime available on Friday afternoons until 2:30pm.
