We're looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a two-floor office refurbishment project in Stratford-upon-Avon.
The Role:
- Managing the day-to-day running of a first and second floor office refurbishment
- Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are completed to programme
- Maintaining high health & safety standards on site
- Liaising with the client and project team
- Ensuring quality control throughout the project
- Keeping accurate site records and reporting progress
Requirements:
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work
- Previous experience managing commercial office refurbishment projects
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Available to start ASAP
