Team Leadership • Manage and support the HR & Recruitment Administrator. • Prioritise workload and maintain high service standards. • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and efficiencies. About You Essential • CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience). • Proven experience within a broad HR generalist role. • Strong employee relations experience, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management. • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes. • Knowledge of payroll administration and HR processes. • Solid understanding of UK employment law. • Experience advising, coaching, and influencing managers. • Strong organisational and administrative skills. • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
