Kitchen Team Member - Early Riser Shift (4am Starts)

As a Kitchen Team Member at Pret, you'll be at the heart of the action - primarily working back of house, prepping and producing our fresh, handmade food and drink to the standard our customers love. You'll also lend a hand across front of house and delivery when the shop needs you, because at Pret, we're all one team.

Early starts, extra pay

This role requires availability to start at 4am to help open the store and get the kitchen ready for the day ahead. To reward the early graft, you'll earn an extra £5 per hour between 4am and 6am - on top of your standard rate.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as part of the team, balancing workload across the kitchen, shop floor and delivery
• Produce delicious food and drink, following the 6 Key Points of Production
• Deliver amazing service by following the 6 Key Points of Service
• Keep the shop clean and safe, in line with Pret's health & safety and food safety standards
• Support shop profitability by completing training and following financial standards on tills
• Attend the Introduction to Pret Course and pass the Pret Food Hygiene test
• Follow all kitchen health & safety and food safety standards, in line with the law and Pret policy
