• Monday to Thursday: 12:00pm 5:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am 5:00pm

Receptionist About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a professional and personable Receptionist to provide temporary front-of-house cover for our client based in Cheadle.

This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service and thrives in a fast-paced office environment. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients and colleagues, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience.

Receptionist Key Responsibilities

• Managing the reception area and providing a professional first impression
• Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
• Greeting visitors and managing the sign-in/sign-out process
• Handling customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Completing administrative paperwork and forwarding information to the Technical Department
• Processing outgoing mail using the franking machine and TNT courier services
• General administrative support as required

Receptionist Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in a Receptionist, Front of House or Customer Service role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
• Confident working independently and using initiative
• Professional, friendly and approachable manner
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, flexible and able to start work immediately
