Supported Living Manager - Multi-Site (Market Weighton)

Affinity Trust in Market Weighton is seeking an experienced Supported Living Manager on a fixed-term contract (6 months) to lead two locations and provide person-centred support to adults with disabilities.

You will work with the Registered Manager, external practitioners and local authority to meet compliance, deliver high-quality services and drive staff development. You will participate in an on-call rota and travel as required.
