The firm is now seeking an experienced Family Solicitor with a strong focus on financial remedies work, acting on high-value divorce cases involving complex asset structures, international elements, and reputational sensitivity.

The Role

You will work across a broad range of private client family matters, with a core focus on financial remedies.

Your caseload is likely to include:

• High-value divorce and financial remedy proceedings
• Matters involving business interests, private equity, and trust structures
• Complex cases with international and multi-jurisdictional elements
• Negotiation, Private FDRs, and High Court litigation
• Working closely with counsel, forensic accountants, and private client specialists

You will be given the autonomy to manage your own matters while benefiting from close collaboration with leading practitioners in the field.

The Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years PQE within private client family law
• Strong experience in financial remedies work, ideally within the HNW or UHNW space
• Comfortable dealing with complex asset structures, including businesses and trusts
• Experience of international matters is highly desirable
• Confident managing your own caseload while contributing to a team environment
• Ambitious, with a clear desire to progress toward Partner
