Assistant Manager - Westfield Stratford

We're looking for an Assistant Manager to join our store in Westfield, Stratford. If you're someone who thrives on working in a collaborative team, loves making customers feel incredible, and can turn big ideas into real results, this is your moment.

This is a maternity contract, working 32 hours per week.

Who you'll be

You are a customer-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. You enjoy developing others, coaching and upskilling team members to help them perform at their best and reach their potential.

As a natural role model, you balance strong people leadership with commercial awareness, using your judgement and initiative to drive results while creating a positive and inclusive team culture. Assertive, approachable and engaging, you build strong connections with customers and share your product knowledge with credibility and enthusiasm.

You bring energy, resilience and a hands on approach, inspiring those around you while ensuring high standards are consistently achieved.

What you'll do

• Lead by example on the shopfloor and ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service
• Assume all managerial duties in the absence of the Store Manager, striving to positively make an impact through efficient teamwork and leadership
• Maintain a commercial approach to role and operations, working closely with the Store Manager to maximise branch performance
• Assist the Store Manager in delivering the store vision and recognising key areas of strength within the team/store to anticipate future opportunities to keep our customers engaged
