Chiptech is seeking a proactive Customer Support Coordinator in Lancaster to own core operational processes that keep the Account Management team running smoothly. You will improve data quality, support Account Managers, coordinate handovers, and ensure our systems are auditable, scalable, and well documented.
This role requires initiative, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work with Account Management, Technical Support and Operations to deliver a consistently excellent customer
