Hybrid Working - 3 Days in the Office
Reporting to the Digital Editor and working alongside the Consumer Editor, you'll learn the craft of consumer journalism, researching and writing news and features for both print and digital. You'll also learn how to upload your content to our website, how to edit and optimise images, and how to ensure the final story ranks well in Google, so your words can be read by as many people as possible.
Critically, you'll learn how motoring journalism is more than driving and writing about cars.
You will complete a Journalist Level 5 Apprenticeship with PA Media Academy, which will give you a NCTJ Diploma in Journalism. We'll ensure you're fully trained in media law, and you'll gain insight into other ways we drive users to our market-leading content, including through daily email newsletters and via our social media channels.
ResponsibilitiesGraduates are welcome to apply, however this Journalism programme must represent a substantially new skill set relative to your degree.
