Position Details
Salary: £20.35 per hour. Location: Oxford. Hourly Rate: £20.35. Shift Rotation: Night Shifts.
Responsibilities
- Work effectively within the Operations team to support daily bus services.
- Foster cooperation between Traffic, Engineering and other depots.
- Open and secure the depot at the start and end of duties.
- Oversee vehicle allocation and daily run out services.
- Ensure cost effective duty coverage using systems such as Grampian and EP Morris.
- Monitor service performance and address early/late running.
- Undertake drug and alcohol tests as required.
- Respond to operational issues and assist with customer complaints.
- Undertake driving duties and assist with administration as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Be flexible to meet operational requirements.
Qualifications
- Must have PCV (Category D) licence.
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and operational awareness.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to use Office365 applications including Outlook, Word and OneDrive.
