Location: Salford
Hours: Full-time - 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, with flexibility required)
Salary: £28,547 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent
Pension: 5% employer contribution
Annual Leave: 28 days plus statutory holidays

Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recovery Worker to join this charity, working across both the Living Well Team and the Listening Lounge as part of an integrated, multi-disciplinary mental health service in Salford.
This is a cross-service role requiring a flexible and responsive approach. The post holder will be expected to work across both services in line with operational need, delivering both planned, recovery-focused support and responsive, crisis-based interventions.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, adaptability and a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care within both structured and fast-paced environments.
