Field Care Supervisor: Lead, Grow & Safeguard Home Care

Bluebird Care Medway & Swale is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to lead and support our domiciliary care team across Swale. The role includes conducting care assessments, updating care plans and supervising care assistants, with one office day per week in Rainham.

The position offers a competitive hourly rate during probation (£12.71 rising to £13.00), a 40-hour week, and opportunities for training, development and progression. DBS checks and references are part of the process.
