Design Build Cast Birmingham (DBC Birmingham) is seeking a Head of Operations to own and build the Birmingham business from the ground up. You will lead daily operations, implement lean production planning, and establish robust QA in partnership with the Head of Casting, while fostering strong external relationships.
You will recruit and mentor the Birmingham team and work closely with London as an integrated group, travelling between sites as needed.
