Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

Salary: Up to 57,500 DOE
Location: Dudley
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Our client, a well-established and respected manufacturing business, is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor. Reporting into the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a small team of engineers, ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of the site's production equipment and facilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting the electrical maintenance team on a day-to-day basis.
• Carrying out electrical maintenance across site facilities, equipment and manufacturing machinery.
• Ensuring PPM and TPM schedules are completed while responding quickly and effectively to breakdowns.
• Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and panel drawings to diagnose faults.
• PLC fault finding.
• Supporting the installation, commissioning and continuous improvement of new plant and machinery.
• Driving high standards of safety, reliability and engineering performance across the department.

Our client is looking for someone who has:

• Previous electrical maintenance experience within a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment.
• A recognised Electrical qualification (Level 3 or above).
• Strong PLC fault-finding skills.
• Previous experience leading or supervising an engineering team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.

• Salary up to 57,500, depending on experience.
• Monday to Friday days role - 8:00am to 4:30pm.
• 33 days annual leave, including bank holidays.
