Cover Genius is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Support to own and run our global customer support operations, driving automation and a resolution first culture across regions and vendors. This hands on leadership role reports to the Director of Service Operations and collaborates with Product, Engineering, QA and People teams to implement change that lands on the floor, not just on slides.
You will lead a distributed team, maintain SLA targets, and push for a scalable, quality driven
