Maintenance Technician Full Time (37 hours) Permanent
We're looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our Estates & Facilities team and help maintain a safe, efficient and high-quality environment across our College sites.
About the Role
You will be supporting the safe and effective operation of the College estate, working across multiple sites to carry out planned, reactive, and project maintenance on buildings, facilities, and equipment. As part of a busy Estates team, you'll play a key role in minimising disruption and maintaining high standards, while helping to create a positive and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. You will also ensure all work is delivered in line with health and safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
